Welcome to Martio! We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible across India.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your shipment in real time.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities & Major Towns: 3 to 5 business days.

• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days. (Delivery times may vary slightly during peak festive seasons or unexpected weather disruptions).

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE Shipping on prepaid orders across India (unless specified otherwise on the product page).

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply at checkout.

4. Undelivered / Returned Packages (RTO) Please ensure you provide a complete and correct shipping address along with an active mobile number. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
